Tokens and Revival Lives are digital items delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Because they are consumed within the app, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by law.
VIP memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly). You can cancel at any time from within the app or by contacting our support team; your VIP access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
